We can deliver at your doorstep or you can visit our showroom to drive directly from our showroom.

You can simply provide us the location where you have parked the van or you can deliver back to our showroom.

Inside Dubai the delivery and pickup of the van upon journey completion is FREE. Out side emirates of Dubai the delivery and pickup will be charged accordingly. Contact our booking agent who will assist you about the charges.

Return the Van with the same amount of fuel you received with. Usually it is 50% of the fuel tank.

The Van is not suitable for driving in deep ,soft and wet sand on beaches or in desert dunes. Find a suitable soil to park it near your visiting site.

It is best to drive in mountain areas but not in the huge rocky grounds which can damage the van or it may also spoil your journey due to vehicle breakdown.

9am to 7pm. Incase if your are not able to deliver the Van on time then you must inform during working hours of our office so we can help and assist you to give you a worry free trip.

Our team will contact you 6 hours before your journey ends, to confirm if you wish to extend the booking or not. Incase of your will to extend your booking, you have to make the additional payment in advance or we may deduct the applicable charges from your registered payment method.

Where it can be accommodated easily. Normal RTA or Municipality parking is restricted for such a long vehicles. If you have a villa or free space as plain ground near your visit-site then you can park it there.

If the height of vehicle matches the allowed height and length of the building parking slots then you can otherwise please contact the parking staff of your visit-site.

Yes you can use if it is allowed by RTA. Our staff can check this for you prior booking.

We will provide the generator with full tank and it is included in the rental. If incase you have consumed all the generator fuel then the next fueling will be on customer as per their need.

Our 24/7 team will always be available to help and assist you.

Any fine which arises from a violation of UAE traffic laws by the driver, it will be on customer.

We believe you are a decent customer and you will take care of our Van. However in case of any damage(s) you will only pay if anything which is not covered by the insurance.

Otherwise the insurance will take care of your damage cost.

We assure 100% privacy of your details and your trip.

1. Any items banned or prohibited to consume or use as per the laws of UAE, is prohibited while the van is in your possession.
2. Driving the vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
3. Carrying number of passengers exceeding the allowed limit.
4. Using inflammable items inside the vehicle.
5. Driving the vehicle or carrying any passenger under any health condition which requires medical attention.
6. Driving the vehicle in soft or wet sand.
7. Driving the vehicle in unauthorized zones / areas.
8. Parking the vehicle in unauthorized zones.
9. Leaving the vehicle unlocked while you still have your valuables in it.
10. Leaving the children unattended in the vehicle.
